FREE RETURNS or EXCHANGES. Please send back any unworn merchandise within 14 days of receiving your package for a full refund, boutique credit or product exchange. Please provide us this information, with return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to KnotAllAboutKnit. If a boutique credit is issued, we will gladly honor FREE SHIPPING within the domestic US on your new purchase. If you prefer to exchange your merchandise, perhaps for another color, we will charge a flat rate fee of $7.95 for shipping this new item within the domestic US and $15.95 for orders shipping internationally.
